ROLE SUMMARY:
King’s College Alicante, one of the most sought-after British international schools in Spain, is seeking adaptable and dedicated Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our outstanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of age groups (EYFS – KS5), providing short- or medium-term cover and contributing to the care, wellbeing, and development of our pupils.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons or learning support under the guidance of class teachers.

Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

Support individual pupils or small groups to enhance learning outcomes and wellbeing.

Collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues to ensure continuity and high-quality provision.

Model the school’s values of honesty, faith, and courage in daily interactions.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and pastoral care.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (British or international preferred).
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning and wellbeing.
- Good organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to different classes and needs.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ, CACHE or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
