ROLE SUMMARY:

 

King's College School Alicante is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our thriving British international school, for a late August 2026 start date on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will inspire young learners, foster a love of learning, and contribute positively to the life of our vibrant school community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the English National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil wellbeing and achievement.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally in a British curriculum setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standards, and a passion for helping young learners thrive.
