ROLE SUMMARY:

 

King’s College Alicante is seeking a professional, organised and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of one of Spain’s leading British international schools, ensuring an efficient, friendly and professional service for staff, pupils and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide general administrative support to teachers, pupils, parents, and the Senior Leadership Team.

  • Prepare communications for staff and parents, including emails, letters, and newsletters.

  • Assist teachers with lesson materials, photocopying, and resource preparation.

  • Respond to parent and pupil queries promptly and professionally.

  • Manage messages and information through the school management system (iSAMS).

  • Provide Spanish–English and English–Spanish translations as required.

  • Support the smooth running of the school and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Confident and professional communication skills with staff, pupils, and parents.
