ROLE SUMMARY:

As part of our administrative team, we are looking an outstanding and dynamic admission psychology to cover a maternity leave to be in post ready for 25th November 2024.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the admissions coordinator in the effective and timely coordination with the three academic levels of the Institution in everything related to the recruitment, evaluation and admission procedure for new students.

• Serve all parents interested in obtaining information about the school and the admissions process.

• Support in the planning and organization of the Outreach Mornings.

• Ensure the documentation required within the admissions process.

• Ensure the validity of the documentation sent by the parents/guardians of the applicants.

• Support section psychologists in the examination process

• Accompany candidates in the examination and interview process

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of psychology with emphasis on the clinical and/or educational areas.
  • Local licensure as a psychologist
  • Software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google)
  • Level B2 English Language                    
  • 6 months of experience in related positions    
  • Collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and other professionals
