KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The purpose of the Kindergarten teacher is to promote high quality learning in a challenging yet supportive environment which allows all students to flourish. The role of the classroom teacher is to foster a love of learning and encourage a sense of inquiry among our students and deliver and evaluate quality learning programs. The classroom teacher will implement the vision of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) and Australian Kindergarten framework and inspire students to fulfill their potential. Providing opportunities for high quality learning is at the heart of the role.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching certification in Early Childhood
  • Teaching Experience of Kindergarten at least 3 years
  • Must be eligible to work within Vietnam
  • An understanding of, and experience in the International Baccalaureate Early Years Program would be an advantage, but is not required
  • Applicants must have a demonstrable passion for working with children; to develop their learning skills and social confidence and be willing to work as part of a positive and supportive team to achieve the school’s aims and goals
