ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and caring Teacher Assistant to support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, enjoy working with children, and be a collaborative team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the classroom teacher in preparing materials and resources for daily lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and student supervision throughout the school day.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development.
- Assist in organizing school events, field trips, and classroom activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the teacher on student progress or challenges.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- A high school diploma is required; further studies in education or related fields are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
