ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and caring Teacher Assistant to support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, enjoy working with children, and be a collaborative team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the classroom teacher in preparing materials and resources for daily lessons.
Assist with classroom management and student supervision throughout the school day.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development.
Assist in organizing school events, field trips, and classroom activities.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to the teacher on student progress or challenges.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
A high school diploma is required; further studies in education or related fields are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
