COMPETENCIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum of three years’ teaching experience.
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of the staff room.
- Experience of the English National Curriculum, (I)GCSE and IBDP syllabuses is desirable.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
- A proven track record of excellent classroom and pedagogical practice.
- Ability to contribute to our extra-curricular activities programme.
- The flexibility to work in groups across curriculum subjects and across key stages.
- A team player who will help develop new initiatives to enhance the English curriculum.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of digital technologies to enhance pupils’ learning.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 3 years teaching experience
- Any degree
- PGCE or PGDE, UK Qualified Teacher Status or similar teaching qualification
- Proficient in English
