ROLE SUMMARY:

Altair School is strategically located in La Molina, Lima, Peru, and its campus has an area of 15,000 square meters. It is a regular, bilingual and mixed education school. It has the IB Continuing Program accredited for its three programs: PYP (Primary Years Program), MYP (Middle Years Program) and Diploma.

The team of teachers at Altair School is highly qualified to provide an educational service of excellence. The Teacher Assistant must be able to work as a team with the teachers of the level, showing good social skills. You must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to the comprehensive education of your students. In addition, use technological tools and an advanced level of English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Desarrollar la coordinación motriz, el trabajo en equipo y la disciplina a través de juegos y actividades adaptadas a niños de preescolar hasta 2° grado.
Desarrollar las habilidades básicas como el control del balón, pases, dribbling y tiros a portería de manera lúdica.
Fomentar valores como la cooperación, el respeto por las reglas y la sana competencia.
Desarrollar habilidades socioemocionales, la coordinación motriz y la expresión emocional a través del juego teatral, circuitos psico neuro motrices y dinámicas circenses.
Comunicación efectiva con alumnos, padres y equipo docente.
Planificar y desarrollar sesiones de entrenamiento adaptadas a cada nivel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Título en Educación Física, Pedagogía o carreras afines (deseable).
Certificación en entrenamiento o instrucción de fútbol.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año enseñando deportes a niños de 3 a 8 años.
Conocimiento de metodologías lúdicas y didácticas adaptadas a la edad.
Habilidad para fomentar la disciplina, el trabajo en equipo y la coordinación motriz.
Paciencia y vocación para el trabajo con niños pequeños.
