We are currently seeking for a Maintenance Support role to join our dedicated team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of school facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Support cleaning and groundskeeping teams when necessary.
- Set up and take down furniture and equipment for school events, exams, and activities.
- Assist in managing and organizing tools, materials, and maintenance supplies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or leadership.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out following health and safety regulations.
- Report any hazards or incidents promptly to the Facilities Manager.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and working at heights.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if required by school events.
