We're seeking a highly qualified and talented Senior School Business Teacher to join our team in September 2024. We're looking for a natural leader with a passion for teaching and a dedication to the learning of Business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and differentiated Business lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
• Assess, track, and provide constructive feedback on student progress, ensuring each student achieves their full academic potential.
• Contribute to curriculum development, incorporating global best practices in Business education.
• Collaborate with the Humanities Department to plan and deliver cross-curricular initiatives that enhance student learning experiences.
• Participate actively in school-wide pastoral care, ensuring the wellbeing and holistic development of all students.
• Engage in co-curricular activities and enrichment programs to support student learning beyond the classroom.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Business education trends, including IGCSE, IB, and A-Levels, to ensure the highest teaching standards.
